Medlite Transport Cot Unit (#MTSTR-12)

The MEDLITE™ Transport (MTSTR-12) is designed to carry one patient on a full size standard ambulance stretcher and one EMS attendant. The stretcher rides inside the MEDLITE™ Transport and attaches in much the same way as the average stretcher is attached inside an ambulance. With a customer supplied standard lock/release mechanism specific to the make and model stretcher being used (Stryker, FERNO Etc), the MEDLITE™ Transport Stretcher is built to be placed in most UTV chassis models. The attendants seat with seat belt glides on wheels the entire length of the unit and is able to be locked in three different locations along the guide rails to meet any emergency situation. A secondary belt securing mechanism is supplied in case of an unexpected release by the primary lock/release mechanism.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Customer shall supply and install the correct primary lock/release mechanism pertaining to the specific make and model stretcher to be utilized. Stretcher not included.
